Showroom Pickup

  • We will be CLOSED Wednesday, December 18 through Wednesday, January 1.

    There will be NO PICKUP on Saturday, December 21 or Saturday, December 28.

    We will reopen as normal on Thursday, January 2.

  • Merchandise pickup hours are Monday-Friday by appointment only; Saturdays from 9AM-3PM with no appointment needed.

    • Buyers are responsible for packing smaller items; please ensure that you have your own packing materials and equipment needed to collect your items. Please call ahead if you will require help with moving/loading furniture.

    • Bidders who pick up their purchased items in person are responsible for examining all items at the time of pickup and assuring themselves as to condition before removing any item from Briggs Auction, Inc. No item may be returned for condition issues once it has been removed from Briggs Auction, and no refund or merchandise credit will be offered for any item’s condition after it has been picked up and removed by the bidder.

    • A $20 per invoice fee will be assessed for all missed merchandise pickup appointments with no call or email.

  • Saturdays from 9AM-3PM with no appointment needed at our Garnet Valley location unless otherwise stated on the auction invoice.

Shipping

  • Briggs Auction does not do any in-house shipping, however, we are happy to work with your shipper to coordinate pickup and shipping of your items. Bidders must initiate contact with their shipper, then shipper will contact Briggs Auction to coordinate the pickup. Payment in full to Briggs Auction is required before any item will be released to any shipper. Bidder is responsible for and will pay shipper directly for all packing, handling, and shipping costs.

    Below is a list of shippers we work with, or you may use any shipper you choose. Once chosen, please use our Shipping Release Form to let us know who will be shipping for you. Or you can email your shipper’s name and details to info@briggsauction.com.

    Important Note: Please be sure to give your shipper the full name (first and last) of the bidder as it appears on the invoice, the auction date, and the lot number(s) of the item(s) to be shipped.
