A grouping of four 18th C. German hand-colored engravings, each depicting equestrian scenes. By Georg Winter, 1705. Framed under glass with giltwood frames.

Each mat opening: 7-1/2 in x 12 in.

In very good condition considering age. Not examined out of frames.

2 |  After Thomas Allom, Four Hand-Colored Engravings

A grouping of four hand-colored engravings after Thomas Allom (British, 1804-1872). Each depicts Oriental scenes. Grouping includes “Ceremony of Meeting the Spring”, “Marriage Procession at the Blue-cloud Creek, Chin-heang-foo”, “Ladies of a Mandarin’s Family at Cards”, and “Raree Show, at Lin-sin-choo”. All framed under glass with gilt frames.

A 19th Century silk embroidered panel depicting a maiden with two sheep. In an oval mat and gilt frame under glass.

11 |  Pair of Edwardian Satinwood Card Tables

A pair of Edwardian period card tables, each painted with oval portrait panels and a central musical design, raised on tapering square legs. The two tables join to form an oval table. Table tops can be reversed to reveal a green felt gaming service, and rest on swing legs. Ivorine tags for W.F. Greenwood and Sons Ltd., 24 Stonegate, York.

29 in tall x 36 in wide x 17-3/4 in deep.

Provenance: Phillips Auction.

One table with some finish damage to top. The other with some sound cracking. Both tops slightly warped.
