PA SALES TAX EXEMPTION FORM

 

If you’re bidding with us through our online auction platform for the first time, and you have a Sales Tax exemption, we need your PA Exemption Certificate on file so that we can remove the sales tax from your invoice prior to to charging your credit card.

If you’ve bid with us in the past, under the old (“Live”) auction system, we still need a current/new form  because the information does NOT translate from that system to the new platform.

The form is available here as a fill-in form that you can save/print/scan as a PDF and email to us, if you’re working from a desktop or laptop computer that has Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have Acrobat, the link below will take you to the download. 

If you’re using a tablet or mobile phone, print the form, fill it out, and then scan or take a photo and email it to us.

The sections we need:
– Enter your tax exemption number on Line 3. If you’re tax exemption is outside of PA, ALSO see line 7, and fill in your two-letter state abbreviation on line 7.
– Your name
– Re-type your name in the “Signature” field
– The date
– The street address, state, and zip where your license is held.
